Stow-on-the-Wold and the Swells Neighbourhood Plan
The Stow-on-the-Wold and the Swells Neighbourhood Plan has been subject to consultation and independent examination. Cotswold District Council has considered the examiner’s report, and determined, that subject to his recommended modifications and consequential amendments, the plan should proceed to referendum. The Neighbourhood Plan will go to referendum on 26 September 2024.

Examination process
On 22 January 2024 the examiner issued a letter explaining procedural matters and raising questions of both Stow-on-the-Wold Town Council and Cotswold District Council, published below. Responses to this letter were submitted on 9 February 2024, and are published below.
