Supporting children and families
Cotswold District is home to lots of families and children. We work with partners through our Children and Families partnership to provide opportunities such as holiday activities, but also give support for when things aren’t going so well. Please see below for further details.
Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme
The Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme is funded by the Department of Education, with strict guidelines on eligibility. HAF can only be offered to those in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.
We understand all children and young people can benefit from a programme like HAF, which is why we’ve been working hard to secure extra funding to extend the offer to all families, just as we did in December with our Holiday Activities Programme ‘HAP’ Winter offer.
We are happy to announce that we have now secured this additional funding for Spring 2022, so together with our local partners we will be able to offer some HAP opportunities to parents during the coming Spring, Summer and Winter holidays.
Keep up to date
To find out more about what’s happening in the Cotswolds this Spring, follow your district on social media.
Children & Young People's Activities
Please choose only 1 Daily Activity per child. Also, make sure you choose the correct sessions or classes for your child’s age.
