Signs for Sale
As part of Cotswold District Council’s Clean and Green programme, the Council are replacing older street signs within the District with new ones to improve how our area looks.
To date, the Council has replaced 160 signs throughout the District. Following interest from a number of local residents, we are selling the older street signs and the income will be used to help fund local projects.
Local residents will have a unique chance to own a piece of Cotswold history by purchasing the signs.
How to purchase
If you have seen your street sign has been replaced recently we may have the previous sign which you can purchase directly from us.
Signs are available at the following cost:
- £30 for the pressed steel signs
- £50 for the cast iron signs
Please contact us to purchase Cotswold District Council street name plates. Once your contact information has been submitted you will be contacted with instructions on how to make a payment and confirmation of the costs.
Once payment has been confirmed you will receive an acknowledgement and instructions regarding collection from the Council’s main offices in Trinity Road, Cirencester, which are open: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm.
