Promoting health and wellbeing
Cotswold District is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of its residents. We work alongside local NHS and other partners through its Health and Wellbeing partnership to champion the interests of our residents. We also deliver some health interventions ourselves and we support other local organisations.
Mental health
Gloucestershire County Council run a number of different mental health services. They can also offer advice on other organisations and where you can find help.
Postural Stability
These fun classes promote strong muscles and bones and help improve balance.
These activities can be done seated or standing and the session closes with a taster of Tai Chi Chi Kung.

Cotswold Walkers is a series of short, accessible walks. The walks last about 30 to 45 minutes and are at a pace to suit you. All walk leaders have trained with ‘Walking the way to Health Initiative’.
