On 19 October, the independent examiner issued his report and two appendices.
Kemble and Ewen Neighbourhood Plan
The Plan has been subject to consultation and independent examination. Cotswold District Council has considered the examiner’s report, and determined that subject to his recommended modifications, the plan should proceed to referendum. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions on public ballots, the referendum will not take place in May next year, unless there is a change in guidance.
The temporary Government guidance means the plan can be given significant weight in decision making, if the plan is material to the application.
Referendum version of the plan
