BT public payphone removals consultation
BT has identified 60 public payphones in the district that they propose to remove and they have placed consultation notices on all the relevant payphones. The District Council has notified Town and Parish Councils of the proposed payphone removals.

This consultation process gives your local communities the opportunity to adopt a traditional red ‘heritage’ phone box (with the phone removed) and make them an asset that local people can enjoy. It’s really simple to do and it costs just £1.
If you wish to comment on the proposed removals please email the District Council via firstname.lastname@example.org
The deadline for feedback to the Council is Friday 16 December 2016.
All feedback will be passed on to BT as part of the consultation. The BT consultation will close on 7 January 2017.
