Changes to kerbside food and garden waste collections on 12 and 13 July

Planned restrictions on traffic movements prior to the forthcoming Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford (13 -15 July) have prompted Cotswold District Council to make changes to kerbside food and garden waste collections scheduled for Thursday 12 July and Friday 13 July, in order to prevent further disruption.
Collections due on Thursday 12 July will move to Friday 13 July
Residents in areas including Ashley, Avening, Baunton, Cherington, Daglingworth, the Duntisbournes, Edgeworth, Frampton Mansell, Kemble (partially), Rodmarton, Sapperton, Stratton, and Tetbury Upton who are due to receive a food and garden waste collection on Thursday 12 July will receive their collections a day later. Ubico crews will alert residents a week before the event by attaching informative bin hangers to food caddies and/or garden waste bins.
Collections due on Friday 13 July will move to Thursday 12 July
Residents in areas including Down Ampney, Dudgrove, Eastleach, Fairford, Hatherop, Lechlade, Kempsford, Quenington, Southrop and Whelford who are due a food and garden waste collection on Friday 13 July will receive their collections a day earlier on 12 July. Ubico crews will alert residents a week before the event by attaching informative bin hangers to food caddies and/or garden waste bins.
Food and garden waste collections in both areas will return to normal from the week commencing Monday 16 July.
