Cotswold District Council has a role to play in ensuring that people living in the District are part of healthy sustainable communities. One of the ways in which the Council helps to build and maintain sustainable communities is to use capital grants to help people stay healthy in their homes . The Council has a capital budget for disabled facilities and repairs to hazards that pose an imminent risk to an owner’s health and safety.
