The Cotswolds tourism local assessment scheme
The Cotswolds tourism local assessment scheme is a stepping stone towards the national quality assurance standards. It is delivered in partnership with Quality in Tourism to ensure properties are clean, comfortable and fit for purpose.
There are also a number of Welcome schemes, which highlight operators that provide certain facilities or services oriented towards specific groups such as walkers, cyclists or families.

We want to encourage visitors to the Cotswolds to walk, cycle, use public transport and try other methods of transport whilst here. We will be working with local providers to show guests what they can do within the local area where they are staying and aim to provide them with local itineraries.
There are other ways businesses, residents and tourists can take measures to protect our future. Here's a few sustainable steps you could take:
