Register of burials
The Register of Burials and other burial records for the cemeteries are held for safe keeping by the Council. No records are kept at the cemeteries. Through our burial records we can offer assistance to people researching family history.
Arranging a burial
In the majority of instances, those making arrangements for the burial of a loved one will do so through the services of a professional Funeral Director. The Council's Licensing Section will be pleased to assist and advise those wishing to make funeral arrangements without the services of a Funeral Director.
