Tetbury and Tetbury Upton Regulation 16 Consultation

Tetbury Town Council has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan for consultation and subsequent examination. The Plan sets out a vision for the future of the town and the parish of Tetbury Upton and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally. The deadline for comments on the consultation prior to examination is 5pm on Friday 23 June.

We will accept other comments in writing (including email) as long as you give your name and address is supplied. We cannot accept anonymous comments.

All comments will be publicly available, and identifiable by name and (where applicable) organisation. Please note that any other personal information provided will be processed by Cotswold District Council in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Preston

In May 2017, Preston Parish Council approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan.  Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2016, this area was automatically approved, without need for consultation or decision.

As Preston Parish's Neighbourhood Plan develops, further information will be posted here.

Blockley

In January 2017, Blockley Parish Council approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan.  Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2016, this area was automatically approved, without need for consultation or decision.

South Cerney

In January 2016, South Cerney Parish Council approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan. Following the statutory consultation period, we designated this area on 10 March 2016.  Please view the map of the area and the submission below.

Stow-on-the-Wold and the Swells

In July 2012, Stow-on-the-Wold Town Council approached us to have their parish area designated as a Neighbourhood Area, the first formal step in developing a neighbourhood plan. Following the statutory consultation period, we designated this area on 6 September 2012. Please view the map of the area and the original submission below.

In January 2015, Stow Town Council submitted a application to designate a revised area to include all of Stow and Swell parishes. Following the statutory consultation period, we designated this area on 9th April 2015. Please view the map of the area and the submission below.

Northleach

In November 2013, Northleach Town Council approached us to have their parish areas designated as a Neighbourhood Area, the first formal step in developing a Neighbourhood plan. Following the statutory consultation period, we designated this area on 14 February 2014. Please view the map of the area and the original submission below.

Chipping Campden
