Cotswold Conference Suite

The Cotswold Conference Suite is a new purpose-built, dedicated conference facility, situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, within easy access of  the M5/M4, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon.  The suite provides an ideal location for conferences, seminars, training events, product launches and company or organisation meetings.

[image Council Chamber]The well-appointed facility offers a main conference room comfortably seating up to 100  theatre-style, with additional meeting room capacity for up to 50 people.  The flexible accommodation provides for meetings of various sizes and is fully air conditioned with multi-level lighting and black-out facilities.  In addition, there is a spacious foyer and reception area and plenty of free car parking.

A full multi-media system is available in the main conference room at no extra charge and includes the following:

• Remote control computer for presentations
• Video Presenter
• OHP Presenter
• Electrically operated projection screens
• All controlled from a central AMX control panel           

There is also a Microphone system and a built-in hearing loop.

Additional to the main conference room we also have the following:

Flexible second/third meeting rooms which can be used as one, seating up to 30 board-room style, or divided into 2 breakout rooms seating 14 in the larger room and 8 in the smaller. These rooms adjoin the main conference room and they can be integrated to provide a larger facility.

The Whiteway Room, seating a maximum of 10 board-room style.

• Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 together - 56m²
