Residents parking permits are available in the following locations in the Cotswold District:

- Cecily Hill, Cirencester
- Coxwell Street, Cirencester
- Purley Road, Cirencester
- Purley Avenue, Cirencester
- St Peters Road, Cirencester
- The Avenue, Cirencester
- Tower Street, Cirencester
- Oak Street, Lechlade
- Burford Street, Lechlade
Residents parking permits are available in the following locations in the Stroud District:
- Regent Street, Stonehouse
- Aldergate Terrace/Aldergate Street, Stonehouse
- Bath Road, Stonehouse
- Burdett Road, Stonehouse
- Belle Vue Road, Stroud
- Field Road, Stroud
- Lower Dorrington Terrace, Stroud
- St Cyril’s Road, Stroud
- Lansdown - Stroud
There is a charge depending on the street you live in and the cost can be found on the application form. You are entitled to a maximum of 2 books of visitors permits with your application.
Proof of residency is required for the issue of all permits.
A parking permit will enable the holder to park the vehicle in a residents parking zone.
A permit does not guarantee a parking space.
Cotswold District Council has the authority to withdraw a residents parking permit at any time.
How do I apply?
If you would like to apply for a Residents parking permit or visitor permits please download the online form (please make sure you download the correct form for the street you live in). You will need to print the form and send it together with your payment to the address below.

Sorry we do NOT offer refunds for residents permits.
How to replace/change your permit
If you need to make a change to your permit, please contact us using the details below.
Please be aware that we charge for replacement/changes to all parking permits. The charge for a replacement/change to a residents permit is £14.00 (Charge set by Gloucestershire County Council)
