We offer advice and assistance to owner occupiers, landlords and tenants to help ensure that all accommodation in the District, including Mobile Homes, is safe and suitable for its occupants. We can assist with housing repairs and adaptations for disabled people and enforce minimum legal requirements in relation to repair, management, amenities and fire safety in rented accommodation.
