Trees

Cedar in Abbey Grounds

Trees form a key component of the landscape of Cotswold District, both as woodland and as individual trees.  There are a broad range of tree and woodland types, from the riverside pollarded willows of the Thames Valley and the beech woodlands of the Cotswold hills to the tall yew hedges around Cirencester Park and the oak avenue at Estcourt Park.
