Cotswold Cycling Strategy
This Cycle Strategy provides supplementary planning guidance (SPG) on the provision of cycling facilities, routes and networks. The guidance is also aimed at maximising opportunities to encourage cycling by:
- Setting out the requirements expected of developers
- Illustrating a number of projects still requiring financial contributions to be completed.
The Strategy also indicates projects in the pipeline which are consistent with the Local Plan Review; the objectives of the Community Plan and the Gloucestershire Local Transport Plan.
