Report a littering problem

From 01 December 2008 if a member of the public drops litter and refuses to pick it up, the environmental wardens will be using new powers under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 to issue fixed penalty notices of £75.00.

If you are concerned about an area that is frequently littered, you can report it using this form and we will investigate.

If you have witnessed an incident and are willing to provide a robust statement, we can follow this up and possibly issue a fixed penalty notice.
