Election of District Councillor for Stow Ward, 29 September 2016

Dilys Neill (Liberal Democrat) is the new Cotswold District Councillor for Stow Ward following an election on 29 September. She gained 555 votes while her challenger David Penman (Conservative) gained 300 votes. The turnout was 40.5%.

The Stow Ward vacancy arose following the death of Cllr Barry Dare (Conservative) in July.
