Comment now on Tetbury and Tetbury Upton Neighbourhood Plan!

Tetbury Town Council has submitted a Neighbourhood Development Plan to Cotswold District Council. The plan covers Tetbury Town, and the parish of Tetbury Upton. The Plan has now been published in the public domain and anyone wishing to comment must do so by 5 pm on Friday 23 June. Subsequently, the Plan will be examined independently to ensure that it meets the conditions laid out in the Localism Act and other relevant regulations.
Anyone can see the plan online at: www.cotswold.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning/consultations, or review a hard copy at Tetbury Town Council Offices, The Old Courthouse, 63 Long Street, Tetbury GL8 8AA (Monday – Friday,9:00 to 15:00), Tetbury Library (Monday 10am to 1pm; Tuesday 10am to 5pm; Wednesday 10am to 5pm; Friday 10am to 6pm; Saturday 10am to 1pm; Thursday and Friday closed) or at Cotswold District Council’s office at Trinity Road, Cirencester (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).
Public comments will be taken into account by the independent examiner in determining whether the Plan meets the legal requirements.
