Cirencester Town Council Election - Thursday 6 July
An election for one town councillor in Four Acres Ward and one town councillor in New Mills Ward will take place on Thursdy 6 July 2017.
The Statement of Persons Nominated for Four Acres has now been published. There are two candidates and a poll will take place on 6 July 2017.
There is one candidate for New Mills Ward and the Notice of Uncontested Election has now been published. The candidate is elected without a contest.
Poll cards will be sent to electors in the next couple of days. The deadline for registration is Tuesday 20 June. You can register online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
The deadline for new postal vote applications is 5pm on Wednesday 21 June. Forms can be downloaded from www.yourvotematters.co.uk

Evenlode Parish Council Election - Thursday 20 July 2017
An election for a parish councillor for Evenlode will take place on Thursday 20 July.
Anyone wishing to stand as a candidate must complete and submit a nomination paper to the Returning Officer at Cotswold District Council by 4pm on Friday 23 June 2017.
Paper copies of the nomination papers can be posted on request. Please contact the Elections office for more information.
If the election is contested, a poll will take place on Thursday 20 July. Anyone who is not already registered, should do so by midnight on Tuesday 4 July. You can register online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote or contact this office for a paper form.
Applications to vote by post at this election must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 5 July and to appoint a proxy, your form must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 12 July.
