No refunds will be given.

This payment is not an entitlement to a specific number of collections or a specific amount of waste to be collected.

The licence is valid for the address stated on this letter only. It is not transferable.
The licence is valid for the period 01 April 2012 to 31 March 2013.

The information on this form is required in order to process your application and will be kept in confidential files registered under the Data Protection Act subject to disclosure necessitated by:

Any legal requirement
Any obligation by Court Order to disclose the information to third parties.
